2018 Is Here!

Over the past 12 months we've experienced both highs and lows, ups and downs, highlights and lowlights. Many of us have been tried in our faith, confronted with unimaginable challenges and we may have even wondered if things would recover, if life would get better, if the possibilities we once imagined were truly possible. As we stand at the start of another year, with another 12 months ahead of us, I want to encourage you to enter into this new year with hope! Although disappointment is an expected part of life, the problem with disappointment is that it often teaches us to abandon hope. We tell ourselves if we do not hope we cannot be disappointed.

I'd like to share with you the words God gave me as I stood in the midst of this very chasm: "Hope! Allow yourself the experience of hope! If you do not have hope, you cannot say you have faith. Faith is the substance of things hoped for. So hope! Have Hope! Live presently in the moment without the fear of what tomorrow might hold. Hope!"

Don't allow the fear of a disappointment that may never return to rob you of the joy of hope.

2017 was a year of preparation. A season in which God was setting the stage and priming the pump. Doors were closed, relationships ended, situations died. As I look to 2018, I am convinced that many of us will experience a materializing of what we have hoped for and of what we have been prepared for.

Thank you for journeying with me through 2017. Be on the look out for some exciting news and fresh ministry developments. Like I said, 2018 is a year of materializing what we have been prepared for.
