Dream or Fantasy?

Updated: May 25, 2019

We often hear our colleagues, family and friends discuss their hopes for success. We join them in talking about what we want to do and who we want to be. We live in a culture inundated with dreamers. I too was once a dreamer. However, the problem with dreaming is that unless it is coupled with effort, our dreams are nothing but fantasies. What many fail to realize is that the dream you have for your future, the vision you have for tomorrow will remain a fantasy unless you apply the effort necessary to move your dream from the land of fairy tale to the realm of reality. So let's work today! I'm not talking about punching the clock, I'm talking about devoting our time, our energy, and our efforts toward our divine given purpose. Open a blank document and save it as "My Business Plan," make that phone call you've been putting off for weeks, create action items, create a to-do list, check off a task, DO SOMETHING!

Faith without works is dead... This is what our bible tells us. This principle not only applies to spiritual matters. This is a principle for day to day living. You have to work for what you want. You have to work for what you imagine. You have to work for what you see. Let's work!
